02Intellectual Property License

All proprietary assets, including automation algorithms, UI code, brand elements, and technical documentation, are the exclusive property of DMplz and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use of our automation tools, provided that you do not:

• Redistribute proprietary source code
• Sublicense or rent access to your account
• Mirror our interface for competing services
• Decompile or reverse-engineer our engine

03Community Conduct & Content

DMplz provides a bridge for your social media growth. You retain ownership of all content processed through our triggers, but you warrant that your activity:

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that utilize our automation for harassment, spam, or illicit promotional activities.

04Publicity & Brand Representation

By utilizing our growth engine, you grant DMplz the limited right to reference your brand name or logo (as publicly seen on Instagram) in our showcase of success stories. This helps build the community of high-performing creators. You may opt out of this at any time by contacting us at support@dmplz.app.

05Limitation of Accountability

DMplz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim liability for any digital loss, service interruptions, or account sanctions resulting from changes in social media API policies. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
